    Pre-Registration / Pre-Evaluation (Where Required)
    For universities like Messina, Marche, and Pavia that require a separate pre-registration step, we handle that process too — including eligibility checks.

    We prepare all documents required for the regional scholarship application, including income certificates, property certificates, and supporting paperwork.
